The Ontario online gambling market has been booming, with iGaming Ontario reporting $17.2 billion in handle in just the last quarter of 2023 across the three online gambling verticals in the province.

According to the gaming license acquired by Booming Games, the developer will now have a chance to offer its games to all licensed operators in Ontario, which includes dozens of popular casino sites like BetMGM Casino, Party Casino, and DraftKings Casino.
The studio currently offers a portfolio of 70 unique games, including titles like Cash Pig, TNT Bonanza, Buffalo Hold and Win, and Burning Classics.
In addition to these current titles, which have proven to be extremely popular in other international gaming markets, Booming Games will also offer a number of branded games they created in partnership with Ronaldinho Gaucho, one of the best soccer players of his generation.
All of these titles will start appearing in Ontario online casino lobbies in the coming months, as Booming Games completes its first deals with operators and starts integrating its portfolio with the existing casino platforms.
As one of the fastest-growing game developers in the industry, Booming Games is also expected to continue increasing its portfolio with new games, adding even more variety in gameplay themes and features with each new title.
Design Works Gaming Enters Ontario
Design Works Gaming (DWG) is another game developer that’s recently been granted a B2B license by AGCO, which means they too will be able to distribute their games to the licensed operators in the province.
The company also boasts an extensive portfolio of games, with titles like Panda Queen, Piggy Payouts Bank Buster, 10x Fortune, and Golden Grand only a few of its most popular titles.
The company’s Luckytap gameplay feature, which is available in select games, sets DWG games apart from others on the market, and will make it a valuable contributor to the current Ontario igaming scene.
