Aristocrat Interactive has added Tiki Fire to its Lightning Link online lineup, extending the slot brand’s presence on the region’s leading iGaming platforms. According to a PR Newswire release, the new title is being rolled out on leading online casino sites and is positioned as the next game in the franchise’s online expansion.
As reported in July, Aristocrat first brought Lightning Link online across regulated U.S. states and Canadian provinces with a full-scale network rollout. The company said that launch was supported by some of the industry’s largest operators.
Tiki Fire is part of the Lightning Link family and is being presented online as a version of the land-based game. Aristocrat describes it as a trip to a “thrilling Polynesian paradise,” with Cash-on-Reels, bonus prizes, Hold & Spin jackpot action, free games with big symbols and a top progressive prize. During the Free Games feature, players can also win a x2 multiplier on wilds.
Dylan Slaney, Aristocrat Interactive’s chief executive, said the release of Tiki Fire is the next step in the company’s effort to adapt its casino-floor content for regulated online markets. He also said Tiki Fire is a player-favourite title worldwide within the Lightning Link family.
The release also pointed to the August Eilers Fantini online game-performance reports as evidence that the earlier Lightning Link High Stakes launch has gained traction. In Canada, Lightning Link High Stakes debuted at No. 1 in both the NEW Overall and NEW Slots categories.
In the U.S., the same title debuted at No. 3 in both the NEW Overall and NEW Slots rankings, and later rose to No. 4 in the Top Game Ranks Overall chart.
