The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) and PokerStars Players Championship (PSPC) have returned to the Bahamas for the first time since 2019, and the world’s best players are fighting it out for millions of dollars at the beautiful Baha Mar.

PokerStars understand that not everyone can afford to travel to the PCA or pay the expensive buy-ins, which is why a Mini PCA festival will run on the online platform from January 25 to February 3.

The ten days of action will include three small-stakes buy-ins each day, including a $55 Mini PSPC Main Event and a $25 Mini PCA Main Event.

The Mini PCA is already underway, with three micro-events running each day and special prizes added to each tournament. The series is open to Canadian players from all provinces except Ontario, with plenty of action every day for the next ten days.

Mini PCA Schedule and Highlights

The Mini PCA will run from January 25 to February 3, in sync with the live versions of the PCA and PSPC. Events with buy-ins as low as $1.10 are on the schedule, as well as a few higher-stakes events, going up to $109.

The first major event of the Series will be played on January 29. The PCA Main Event will feature a buy-in of $55, a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000, and a very special prize for the champion.

The winner of the Mini PCA Main Event will receive an EPT Monte Carlo Main Event package worth €6,000 on top of the prize money.

On the next day, January 30, players will have an opportunity to compete in the miniature version of the PSPC, as the Mini PSPC will feature a $25 buy-in and $10,000 in extra cash added to the prize pool.

PokerStars have decided to make the event mimic the PSPC in every way, which means it will also run for five days and feature 300 big blinds starting stack, 20-minute levels, and absolutely no rake.

Additionally, all players who finish in the top 200 of the Mini PSPC will receive tickets for EPT Monte Carlo satellites, with a total value of €17,000. EPT satellite tickets will also be added to other events, even the ones with the lowest buy-ins.

Mini PCA Series Highlights

  • Ten Days of Non-Stop Poker Action
  • 30 Unique Tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $1.10 to $109
  • Mini PCA Main Event: $55 with $100k GTD + €6k EPT Package
  • Mini PSPC: $25 with $10k Added Cash + €17k Satellite Tickets

Except for the two Main Events, the Mini PCA will include a series of tournaments across different formats, including PKO, Mixed Games, and Heads-Up.

With this series, PokerStars seeks to allow online players the same luxurious poker tournament experience live players can get in the Bahamas for a small fraction of the price.

With tens of thousands of dollars added in tournament tickets and cash and thousands of players guaranteed to participate in the events, the Mini PCA is one of the best opportunities for low-stakes so far this year.
