CoinPoker has unveiled the Global Online Poker Championship, a six-week online poker series that runs from Aug. 23 to Sept. 28 and carries $50 million in guaranteed prize pools. The schedule includes more than 700 Medal Events, making it the company’s biggest tournament series of 2026.

The championship is built around three regional schedules for Asia, Europe and Latin America, and three buy-in tiers. According to the company, the aim is to make the series both its largest and its most accessible, so players can compete in local primetime at stakes that suit them.

The flagship event is the $530 Main Event, which comes with a $3 million guarantee. Its Day 1 flights will run mainly on Sundays, and surviving players are set to return for Day 2 on Sept. 28 at 17:30 UTC.

The lower-priced headline events are also substantial. The $55 Global Main guarantees $1 million and is due to play out its Day 2 on Sept. 21, while the $11 Global Mini Main carries a $250,000 guarantee and also returns on Sept. 21.

CoinPoker is also running a GOPC edition of CoinMillion on Sept. 6. That event has a $215 buy-in and a $1 million guarantee, with Day 2 following on Sept. 7.

On the same Sunday, the schedule includes the $55 CoinMinion and the $11 Mini CoinMinion, with guarantees of $250,000 and $100,000. The tournament series also uses a medal system, awarding gold, silver and bronze in each Medal Event, with gold winners receiving physical awards as well as digital versions in their CoinPoker trophy cabinet.

Silver and bronze finishers receive permanent digital awards, and every medal feeds into the GOPC Podium Race. The race will split $20,000 among the top five finishers, while separate leaderboards and promotions add another $350,000 in value.

Among those extras, Comeback Lanes accounts for $250,000 in tournament tickets for players who keep entering even when they do not cash. Top 10 Leaderboards adds $80,000 and tracks each player’s best ten results across the series, with separate boards for the different buy-in tiers.

CoinPoker says GOPC will lift the total guaranteed prizes across its major 2026 series to more than $133 million, including the World Poker Masters and Battle of Malta Online. The company is also due to launch its 3-Bet Club on Aug. 17, a premium membership that offers benefits including tournament discounts.
