Evolution has become the exclusive provider of live-dealer casino content to Boyd Interactive under a multi-year amendment to their existing partnership. The deal covers Boyd Interactive’s North American online casino brands, extending across the United States and Canada where the relevant brands operate.
The agreement applies to StardustCasino.com and ResortsCasino.com in every U.S. and Canadian market in which they are available. It also covers MoheganSunCasino.com in New Jersey. Evolution announced the arrangement on Sept. 18, describing it as an expansion of a long-running commercial relationship.
Players on the covered sites will continue to have access to Evolution’s live-casino catalogue, including Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Craps, Blackjack and Baccarat, alongside roulette, poker and game-show products. Evolution said the exclusive arrangement reflected both companies’ focus on regulated online gaming, premium entertainment and long-term collaboration.
Jim Ryan, Boyd Interactive’s chief executive, said Evolution had consistently supplied premium content and a “first-class operational experience” over many years. He said Boyd looked forward to expanding the relationship around Evolution’s live-dealer offerings.
Marcus Huber, Evolution’s chief commercial officer, said the multi-year exclusive agreement demonstrated the strength of the relationship and Boyd Interactive’s confidence in Evolution’s live-casino portfolio. Evolution said the agreement reinforced its position as a leading provider of live-dealer entertainment in North America.
The brands covered by the New Jersey portion of the deal had already become part of Boyd Interactive’s operations. On Sept. 1, Boyd Gaming acquired Resort Digital’s online gaming licence and Boyd Interactive took over the New Jersey operations of ResortsCasino.com and MoheganSunCasino.com, according to PlayNJ. The transaction left the state’s number of iGaming operators unchanged at 28 and did not affect customer accounts.
Boyd said at the time that it intended to grow its New Jersey online-gaming presence alongside Resorts Casino in Atlantic City. The latest agreement now makes Evolution the sole live-dealer supplier for the specified Boyd Interactive brands and markets.
