Hard Rock Digital launched Hard Rock Bet in Ontario on 22 July, giving the brand its first international market and a place in Canada’s largest regulated iGaming market. The company said the rollout gives Ontario players access to more than 3,000 casino games and a full sportsbook.

The Ontario casino offering includes slots, table games and live dealer content from leading providers. The launch also comes with exclusive Legendary Reward Drops, while players can earn Unity Points through online play and redeem them in the Hard Rock Bet Reward Store.

New casino customers can claim 200 Bonus Spins on Sweet Bonanza with a first deposit of $10 or more. The welcome package also includes up to $1,000 back in Casino Bonus as lossback on net cash losses from the first 24 hours of slot play.

Hard Rock Bet is available in Ontario on iOS and Android, and the casino can also be played on desktop at HardRockBet.ca. The sportsbook is offered on Hard Rock Bet’s mobile platform, where players can place parlay wagers across fan-favourite sports from around the world.

According to the company, the Ontario launch extends Hard Rock Bet Online Casino, which is already available in New Jersey and Michigan. Marlon Goldstein, Hard Rock Digital’s chief executive, said the move was the first time the company had brought its platform to an audience outside the U.S. and that it was investing in local talent, local partnerships and localized customer support.

PRNewswire said the Ontario launch is being supported by an Ontario-based marketing team and 24/7 local customer support. Christine Crump, president of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa, called the launch a natural next step for the brand in Ontario and said the digital business would extend the property’s presence into the online space.

HardRockBet.ca says Ontario’s regulated online gaming market opened on 4 April 2022 under a two-tier system in which the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario registers and regulates operators, while iGaming Ontario enters commercial agreements and manages the market. The site says players must be 19 or older, geolocation is used to confirm they are in Ontario, and anyone physically in the province can play, even if they do not live there.

The same page says the Ontario online casino market generated about CA$3.20 billion in gross gaming revenue from April 2024 to March 2025, up 32% from a year earlier. It also says Ontarians wagered about $98.3 billion across licensed sites in calendar 2025, and that the province now has about 48 licensed operators running more than 80 gaming sites.

PRNewswire also said the launch will be tied to Toronto’s music scene through a collaboration with Canadian artist Choclair, who is remastering his 20-year-old track “Let’s Ride” to mark Hard Rock Bet’s arrival in Ontario.
